When will l receive my order?
We ship Mondays through Fridays, excluding holidays. Orders without any personalized items placed with Standard shipping ship within 4 business days. Orders without any personalized items placed with Priority or Express shipping ship in 1 business day.
We use a variety of carriers, including US Postal Service (USPS), UPS and FedEx. Please allow the following total processing & shipping times for orders NOT containing any form of personalization:
- Standard shipping - 5-10 business days
- Priority shipping - 2-4 business days
- Express shipping - 2 business days for orders placed before noon ET
Note personalized items are made just "fur" you and require an extra 3-5 days of production time. We cannot accommodate split shipments at this time, so your full order will ship when everything is ready.

Where are your products made?
We proudly handcraft the majority of our products in the USA. Our manufacturing partners arefamily-owned businesses, where skilled craftspeople are paid fair wages. Almost everything ismade right here in the San Francisco Bay Area.
Apparel, interactive toys, harnesses, and charms are designed in San Francisco and made inChina. Our metal lD tags are made in China, and engraved in the U.S.
Can I upload photos of my pets? Will it affect the results?
Absolutely! As long as the photos are clear, well-lit, and show distinct facial features, we can create adorable, soulful finished pieces for you. Rest assured—we truly understand the charm of furry friends.
Can I give these as gifts? Would they be too informal?
Absolutely! Many customers gift our custom mugs, keychains, and illustrations to their furry friends. They're heartwarming, thoughtful, and completely one-of-a-kind.
How do I choose the right size for custom clothing? I'm worried it won't fit.
We recommend selecting based on chest circumference + weight. If you're unsure, you can also send us a photo of your pet standing, and we can help recommend a more suitable size. Don't worry—we want it to be comfortable for them even more than you do.
How do l exchange an item?
We are thrilled to announce that we now offer direct exchanges to make your shopping experienceeven more convenient. However, if you wish to exchange an item for a different color or a newproduct altogether, you can return any new, unused item for a refund and place an order for thenew item that you would like instead. You will receive a coupon for free exchange shipping duringthe returns process.
